Great *RARE* vintage 1ST EDITION gardening hardback book from 1952 by C E Lucas Phillips. Contains photos and illustrations. Photo 18 shows exposed webbing at the start of the book and photo 19 shows a gap between the cover spine and pages (NOTE: this is common in old books. The cover is still attached fine due to the endpapers and there are no loose pages but the binding feels a bit wobbly). Other pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 71 years old.
