"I, John Arthur Armstrong, retired Lieutenant Colonel, Royal Engineers, and residing at Gilnockie, Westcombe Park in the County of Kent, do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: This invention relates to the preparation of tune sheets for use in automatic players of keyboard musical instruments such as pianofortes and organs, and the object of the invention is to provide means whereby an amateur or a comparatively unskilled person may be able to make perforated tune sheets which will operate in an automatic playing instrument..."
