"I, Paul Hallot, of 79, Rue de Fontenay, Vincennes, France, Enginer, do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascertained in and by the following statement, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters and figures marked thereon, that is to say: This invention relates to break mechanism applicable to all kinds of breaks and it has for its object to increase the breaking power as the speed of the vehicle and the load on the same are increased, and this without risk of skidding the vehicle wheels..."
