"I, Wilhelm Siegried, of Chemnity, in the Empire of Germany, Manufacturer, do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascertained in and by the following statement: The subject of the prevent invention is a ticket with a grip or fastening device made of ten bent over and serving for the attachement of the said ticket to articles composed of solft material of any description, as for example, cloth, articles wearing apparel, etc..."
