"I, Joseph Alfred Fisher of Dock House, Billiter Street, London, E.C., do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascertained in and by the following statement: My invention relates to a covering applicable to boilers, steam pipes or other vessels or pipes for preventing radiation of heat from them.
