"We, George Colin Caswell of Stanley Villa, Tindall Road, draughtsman and George Clark of 5 Princes Terrace, Huxley Road, Manager to a Lead & Glass Merchant, both of Leyton, in the County of Essex, do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascertained in and by the following statement: Our invention relates to improvements in flushing cisterns as applied to W.C.'s urinals and the like, and has for its object a method and means whereby said flushing is performed noiselessly and effectively with better results relatively to the quantity of water employed..."
