"Letters Patent to William Lloyd Wise of 46 Lincolns Inn Fields, in the County of Middlesex...Communicated from abroad by Bernhard Rober of Dresden in the Kingdon of Saxony, Engineer....This invention relates to improvements in apparatus for transmitting heat to fluids such as described in the specification of a former Patent granted...1880 No. 4516...a central pipe or tube is imserted concentrically into the heat transmitting pipe...".
