1856 VIEWS OF THE STATE OF EUROPE DURING THE MIDDLE AGES VOL 2 BOOK (P5)
Great antique fine binding hardback book from 1856 by Henry Hallam on views of the state of Europe during the Middle Ages. Volume 1 only. Photo 3 shows the lovely marbled page edges. Photo 18 shows some wear to the top of the cover spine but it does not impact on the page binding inside. Photo 19 shows antique pen writing from 1860 on an initial blank page but binding and other pages inside are in superb condition especially as the book is 136 years old.
Measures 22cm tall x 14cm wide x 4cm thick. Weighs 885 grams.
