McCalls 8478 sewing pattern "Polar Gear" with Overlock/Serger Tips. Misses' and men's top and headband in size XL (42-44 Bust/Chest, 44-46 Hip). This 1996 vintage sewing pattern has been cut out to size XL. Please see the pattern inventory for details.

MISSES' AND MEN'S TOP AND HEADBAND:
Loose fitting pullover top has asymmetrical yoke front opening, band collar, has hem or elastic casing at bottom and side seam pockets; reversible headband is also Included.

SUGGESTED FABRICS:
Top and Headband - PoIar Fleece, Lightweight Wool and Wool Blends, Valour, Sweatshirt Fleece, Wool Double Knits; Top - also Sherpa , NOTE: All Garments - Not Suitable For Diagonals.

NOTIONS:
Thread; Top A and B - 5/8 Yd. of 3/4" Wide EIastic (Sleeves), 1-5/8 Yds. of 3/4" Wide Elastic (Hem - Opt), Three 3/4" Buttons or Heavy Duty Snap Fasteners, 1/4 Yd. of Cord (Opt).
