CD   plays all the way through  with out any problems.   CD   top is in VG condition with scuffs.  The bottom playing surface is in  Good condition with scratches and scuffs.  Jewel case is in  Good condition with scratches on the front and back of the case.   There  no broken parts on the jewel case .  Front and back  of front  of fold out  insert are in  Good condition with wear especially on the corners, fold corners, and foldlines. .   Wrinkles/creases   especially where the jewel case tabs rest on the insert. The back insert  as I can see is in Good condition.   Marevick custom survey insert is in Good condition with wear especially on the corners. 

I COMBINE  MEDIA POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.  US buyer pays $4.50 media mail with insurance extra.   Buyer is responsible for lost  or damaged item is not covered by insurance. International postage more so email for postage.
