A:It is always worth asking if I don't have enough of the yarn you require. I may have more in stock or be able to order more for you. Please make sure that you purchase enough yarn to finish your project as I cannot guarantee that I will have the same dye number at a later date.

We expect them to reach you in perfect condition and exactly as described in the listing. If you are disappointed with your purchase, please return it in new, unused condition with undamaged ball bands within 14 days of receipt and the purchase price of your purchase will be refunded.
