How did it start? I was approached by the MD of the manufacturer around Christmas '04, who had about a dozen sets of patio doors that had been cancelled due to the trade customer providing the wrong dimensions. These doors had already been paid for, and too late to halt the manufacture, so we could offer these high quality doors at around a third of the normal RRP. A lot of people got fantastic bargains, and all patio doors were snapped up within six weeks. This went so well, that the manufacturer encouraged me to sell their doors and windows at very competitive prices online, being the only company that offers FREE DELIVERY to most of England and Wales.
