All trademarks, logos and trade names are property of their respective brand holders. I'm in no way associated or related to these brand owners as i'm not their authorised distributor and agent. I only deal, trade and carry stocks of designer brands through licensed and official chanels only.Each offer is a stocklot and is unique and hence is a one time opportunity. I do not deal with regular production but only with stocklots that are ready to ship. My stocks are sold on first come first serve basis.
I have associates and alliances with dealers of stocklots and also with distributors and stockists through whom i procure and source my goods. Not all times i carry the stocks physically at my end and hence, some of the stocks offered by me are with these stockists and distributors.
All orders must be paid in advance before i ship the goods as this is the payment policy adopted in the stocklot industry. I accept bank wire transfers, credit cards, PayPal and Moneybookers.
All goods are shipped within 7 days after the funds have been received in my bank. Once shipped i provide the tracking details so that the customers can check the status of the shipments, unless otherwise stated. All goods are shipped through UPS, Fedex, TNT and DHL except otherwise stated.
All shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customers unless otherwise stated in my offers. It is expressly understood that the customer is liable for any duties, taxes, local taxes, licence fees, etc. and i'm not liable for such charges and / or taxes.
It is expressly understood that i'm not liable and i'm not responsible for the customs clearance of the goods shipped as the liability is with the carriers only. I would not be held responsible for any customs related issues.
All my stocks are brand new fresh stocks free from any defects. However, should you have any quality issues, please contact me as i always have an open ear to my customers queries.
Buyers agree that due to the nature of stocklot business all sales are final.
