If an item does not require immediate payment, we ask that you do pay within 48 hrs. In return we ship within the next day (or better), and will post you a tracking number. All of our items are sent via USPS mail. The type of mail will depend on the size/weight of the item, any special requests you make and pay for, and where it is going. We will repackage multiple items bought together and combine shipping to save you money. If a shipping rate that has been paid is too high, we WILL refund any gross overpayment on S&H.
Items are VERY well packaged, with plenty of bubble wrap, in new mailers or sturdy boxes as the case may require. In 12 years with over 2000 items mailed, the only shipping damages we have had were literally "the PO drove over it with a fork truck" type incidents. For valuable items we do buy insurance at OUR cost. If you have special requests for shipping, we will accommodate you at your request!
At this time, we require payment by Paypal. You can use your credit card to pay through Paypal. PLEASE add a note to the payment with item number/description, and MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
We try VERY hard to accurately describe items, and take detailed photographs, especially of any flaws. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your item, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and let us have a chance to correct the issue. If nothing else, we always offer a full refund including original shipping cost upon return of item to us. If the mistake was truly ours, we will offer return postage as well (we all occasionally make mistakes).
