We are a UK limited company operating out of an office in Dorset. We ship all our products using international air mail or international courier from our partners warehouses around the world, we offer free standard shipping on all our products, we provide a full 12 month international manufacturers warranty and pride ourselves on our excellent customer support and client care.

All our goods and products are quality tested at our partners warehouse before they are shipped and everything that is delivered is backed up with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated in the item description). We also offer as standard a no quibble 7 day money back guarantee on any item purchased so you can be truly confident that what you see on our store is what you get.

We only use Paypal for accepting online payments to ensure that you are protected when you purchase from us. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to shop with your debit or credit card.

Shipping & Returns

This policy is in accordance with the E-commerce Regulations 2002.

General Conditions
We/Our/Us refers to Value For Money Goods and our Partners/Suppliers.

Delivery
Our goods will be shipped to worldwide destinations from our partners around the world. This includes our partners in China, U.S., Europe and the UK.
 
Whilst We do not offer a guaranteed delivery service We will endeavour to deliver all goods within the period defined by the chosen shipping method.

Standard Delivery via International Airmail (5 to 15 working days)
Express Delivery via International Courier (3 to 8 working days)

Delivery is dependent upon 3rd party delivery services but all deliveries will normally completed between 2 and 20 working days.

Customs and Import Duty
Our goods will be shipped to worldwide destinations from our partners warehouses in various locations around the world. You as the purchaser of the goods will be responsible for any import duty that is liable, although in the majority of cases there will be no fees to pay.

It is also your responsibility to check the rules and regulations to ensure that the goods you are purchasing can be legally imported into your country. To be clear, we will not be held responsible for reimbursement of costs associated with siezure of goods by your Country's import customs organisations.


Cooling-Off Period
You, the Consumer, have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to cancel the contract, starting from when the goods are received. Where this is the case, you must inform Us by registering your request to cancel the contract by submitting a support ticket at the Value For Money Goods support site.  The help and support site can also be accessed at the following link:

Returns
Returns will only be accepted against a Support Ticket ID which will be issued to you by Us once you have notified us of your intent to return the goods at Our Help & Support site.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must return your goods unused, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition with a copy of the original receipt or invoice.

We will deduct the actual delivery cost from any refunded amount.

Unwanted goods that are returned after 7 working days will also be charged a 20% restocking fee from the refund amount.

Customers returning more than one item within the 7 day period will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Goods that are returned because they are faulty will be dealt with under the terms of Our warranty policy, which is described below.


Refunds
Following receipt of returned goods We will inspect the item(s) and packaging to ensure it/they is/are unused, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and that a copy of the original receipt or invoice has been provided.

As soon as possible and within thirty days, once the above has been confirmed by Us a refund will be processed against the original payment method used to pay for the goods (we will deduct the actual delivery cost and if appropriate a 20% restocking fee from the refund amount).

Re-Stocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge our standard re-stocking fee of 20% of the original price of all returned goods.

Postage Costs
Delivery charges associated with the unwanted goods will not be refunded. This includes:

• original delivery/postage charged by Us to deliver your order to you
• delivery/postage costs to return the unwanted goods to Value For Money Goods

Where delivery is quoted as free, we will deduct the original cost for us to ship the goods to you from any amount refunded.


Example of Returned Goods
If the product is listed with free shipping, then a courier charge of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For example if a product is listed as £100 with free shipping, but the courier charged £5 for delivery, and the order needs to be cancelled, then we will deduct £5 delivery and 20% restocking fee, therefore the total refund amount will be:-

(£100 - £5) - 20% = £76.


If the product is listed with express shipping, then a courier charge of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For example if a product is listed as £100 plus £7 for express shipping, but the courier charged £13 for delivery, and the order needs to be cancelled, then we will deduct £13 delivery and 20% restocking fee, therefore the total refund amount will be:-

(£100 - £13) - 20% = £69.60.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including reasonable return delivery charges.

Warranty Policy

General Conditions
All warranty claims are to be submitted in accordance with the Value For Money Goods Shipping & Returns Policy, a copy of which is available on the Value For Money Goods website.

New Goods
12 Month International Warranty
Unless stated otherwise within the product description, we guarantee all our goods against hardware faults for a period of 12 months from the purchase date of the product. You, the Consumer, are responsible for safely returning the product to us (or our nominated partner/supplier of the equipment). We will pay for the carriage of the replacement or repaired product back to you.

Goods that are returned to us within 14 days and that are confirmed as faulty from new will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund for the original cost of the goods including reasonable delivery costs will be provided. Goods returned to us after 14 days will be subject to the Value For Money Goods repair process and will be returned to the original manufacturer for repair. You will be notified once we have determined the effectiveness of your warranty claim.

This Warranty excludes batteries which are provided with a 3 month Warranty.

This Warranty does not cover accidental damage or abuse. If an item has been damaged or there is evidence of abuse we reserve the right to charge for our labour and carriage costs.

Some products are provided with warranties of 3 or 6 months. This is clearly stated within the product descriptions. Unless otherwise stated all products come with a standard 12 month/1 year international warranty.
