OUR BUSINESS POLICIES AND FAQS

Q:Can I place a bid on, or buy any of your items?
A: Of course but we reserve the right to cancel bids from non-payers. NO buyers with private feedback, please; we'll remove your bid.
 
Q:Will you leave feedback as soon as I pay?
A: Feedback is VERY IMPORTANT to us since it tells you the kind of seller we are. As many buyers fail to leave feedback once they get their items, we’ll leave feedback only after you do.
 
Q:When do you expect payment?
A: Cleared payment is expected within 4 days of purchase or end of auction. If you pay with an e-check, please make sure the funds to cover the payment are available in your bank account so we can process your order ASAP.
 
Q:What types of payment do you accept?
A: At this time we only accept PayPal and USPS money orders. If you buy a "pick up only" item, we can also take cash, but no checks of any kind.
 
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the item you purchase. Please take in consideration these charges not only include the carrier's fees, but in many case insurance and also packing materials such as envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, styrofoam, air bags, and any other materials required to make sure your item will arrive safely.
 
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A: Of course! As long as your purchases are paid in a single invoice, but please contact us for a grand total with adjusted shipping before paying. If you submit payment and there is a difference in shipping charges, we won't be able to refund it.
 
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but since International shipping rates might vary, please check with us before buying or bidding. Also take in consideration we have an international handling charge of $2.50 plus insurance cost per order, and that duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the shipping and handling costs.
 
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship within 3 business days of cleared payment to PayPal addresses only and most of the time the following day of payment, but transit times are not our responsibility. In every case as soon as your item is shipped we'll e-mail with a delivery confirmation number, so you can follow your purchase as it gets to you.
Q:Is insurance included in your shipping fees?
A: We include insurance in many of our items depending on the nature of them (art pieces, electronics, collectibles, antiques, etc.) when they are shipped within the USA.   All international purchases include insurance.  If you want to know if a particular item includes insurance, please refer to the insurance section of that item.

Do you accept returns ?
A. On most new items, we accept returns within 3 days of original confirmed delivery, only if we fail to specify relevant details in the description. We don't accept returns on art, used or vintage items, and fabrics as they are sold 'AS IS'. For food related items and cake toppers, please check the description of the particular item.
Q:What do I do if I need to return an item?
A: Contact us immediately after inspecting your item to receive return instructions. Do not return item until authorized via e-mail by us. Item must be in the original box, case or container with all of the original packaging materials. Buyer pays all returning shipping, handling and insurance costs.
Q:If I return an item, how do I get my refund?
A: Refund for the listing's final price will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund will be issued in the same payment type made by you.
Q:Can I use your photos or description to sell my items?
A: Absolutely not! It is against eBid's policies to copy images or text from another member without his/her consent. We respect everyone's effort to sell their items and we ask you to do the same.
