Our aim is to bring you high quality, sought after branded 'collectables' at great prices. Coupled with an outstanding level of customer service, we beleive there is no better place to buy with confidence.

I would like to introduce you to the people that have made this happen. Collectively we have in excess of 50 years 'Customer Service Experience' in the retail market, and have gained many bumps and bruises, thankfully healed, along the way. With this experience, you know, you can trust us to get it right, for you.

My name is John. I am the person responsible for bringing this little lot together, and for all the day to day running of the business, both on ebid and http://www.teddiwares.com. I am a one of the Partners, but also seem to spend a huge amount of time sweeping floors (What does that mean). I am single mindedly stubborn when it comes to work, to the point where I can ignore almost anything that happens around me. I bring nearly 20 years of retail experience to Tedddiwares, where I worked myself up to a senior management position before pitching into this business venture. My last line manager claimed I had one of the most analytical minds he had ever come across, and reckoned I could sell 'air to Tony Blair' (not that I would want to, I think all politicians should be starved of air). I am commited to giving you the best customer experience you have ever had.

Ruth, my wife, and by far my fairer side. A partner (in the business) and an accounts genius, from whom I receive regular chastisement, for spending too much money. As well as accounts, you will deal with Ruth if by any bizarre chance, we don't get it right (normally this entails a third party, like Paypal or Royal Snail, both of which seem hell bent in their desire to upset customers). Again, Ruth brings experience, being the only full time member to have run her own business.

Rachael, our fair and beautiful daughter. Rachael is currently studying Music Technology full time at college. Apparently full time means three days a week... hmmm! Anyway, this means that she is available, and better still, willing to work for the business. She can wrap and pack a parcel faster than anyone I know, and I am sure it his her incessant chatter, that has allowed me to develop the skill of ignoring my surroundings. It is great to have her on board.

Lynn. A great family friend, and source of strength. I blame Lynn for everything that goes wrong, always! She has over 30 years retail experience, and bring us that wealth of experience, in an advisory capacity.

Steve 1. Steve is primarily responsible for our website. From layout to search engine success, he's your man. I pick up no end of grief, because as fast as he puts it together, I go and meddle, and all his effort are thwarted. Strange... I have an uncanny ability to undo his brilliant work before he has even done it.
