Refund Policy:
Shipping must be prepaid to StoneColdInc. StoneColdInc will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. StoneColdInc may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned.
