I have been selling and buying on auction sites since 2001  I am a private seller and only sell items that I would be happy to buy, and in a condition I would be happy to receive.

 My home is a smoke and pet free environment.

I am a craft lover and have accumulated lots of craft items that I will probably never have the time to use, so I now need to clear some space and 'downsize' my collection.  I am using some of my craft supplies to make handcrafted items to sell in my Handcrafted by Stitchysyl store. 

All of my stitched/sewn items are made using new materials.  However, I do use some recycled materials when making bookmarks and cards. In these days of recycling, it is sad that so many pieces of artwork and paper designs are destined for the waste bin, when we can reuse them and incorporate them when making something pretty and useful.

I also need to declutter my small home so other items in my stores are mainly pre-owned by myself or my family.

Payment Options

All sales are final so please ask any questions before bidding.

I accept payment by:

Shipping

When referring to postage costs, this includes not only the cost of the postage stamp but all packaging, printing, travel costs etc  incurred to mail out the item.

To help keep costs down I use a mixture of new and recycled packaging. 

Please email me for postage costs before bidding if you are outside the UK.

I am willing to combine postage costs wherever possible.

All items will be very safely packed and unless stated, will be mailed by either Royal Mail or Courier.

I will mail out your items within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. 

I use a courier service as normal but small items will be sent by Royal  Mail.

Whilst most items arrive within the estimated delivery times after despatch, delays do occasionally happen. 
So please wait for 7 days after the item has been marked in the AAL as beined for UK deliveries, and 21 days for overseas deliveries before contacting me to report a missing item. 
I am willing to help in any way to resolve problems with goods lost in transit.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you feel you need to return an item the following applies:

I will only accept returns if the item is damaged or not as described.

Please read the item description carefully before bidding

If you wish to return an item please email me to discuss and confirm that the return will be accepted.

Requests for a refund will NOT be accepted unless made within seven days of buyer receiving the item.

Once a refund is mutually agreed the buyer must return the item within seven days ( at buyers expense) and in its original condition before the refund can be given. 

No refund will be issued for items returned without prior agreement. 

After Sales

I willl invoice you after the auction and expect payment within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days I reserve the right to relist and leave negative feedback.

Please leave feedback as soon as you receive and are happy with your item.    We are all human, and sometimes mistakes do happen.  In the unlikely event that you have a problem email me before leaving feedback and we will try to resolve it asap
