Shipping Methods 

US Postal Service First Class for domestic shipments. 

USPS International Shipping Program for International Shipments. (Please check eligible countries before bidding) 

 

We ship two times daily with the USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. All orders after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next day or if it is a weekend order it will be shipped Monday morning.  We aim for 100% customer satisfaction so please do contact us with questions on concerns before you place negative feedback

 

We ship from Jackson New Jersey. Our office is located two blocks away from a USPS sorting office in NJ. That is how we can offer super fast shipping for all domestic orders (USA).

 

We normally ship within the same day or the next business day of receipt of cleared payment. You will receive an email informing you when your order has shipped. No shipments on Saturday or Sunday or National/Post Office holidays.

 

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.. 

RETURNS

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the highest concern to us. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVE ANY NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK   In the unlikely instance that you receive a wrong or defective product, we will be happy to refund your money or offer an exchange. You are also welcome to return any "not worn or unused"  item for a refund or store credit.

 

Contact us directly for a return authorization. Please return to us within 30 days of when you received your package. Your item should be packed carefully and must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped to you, including a copy of the original packing slip. Please include your order number so we can issue your credit properly. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

 

  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase, only if items have never been used. Item must be in the original box, and in new condition. DO NOT WEAR OR USE OUTSIDE! We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.
  • Everything received must be shipped back for exchange or refund. Buyer is to pay for Return Shipping chargers.
  • Ship the item back to us and include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning it.
  • We will ship exchanges after we receive the returned item.

Our promises:

 

Promise 1: We promise to get your order out when we state, so hopefully you will get your gear as requested. As you can appreciate sometimes parcels get delayed or lost that is OUT of our control, if this happens please be rest assured we will get this sorted for you, all we ask is give us enough time to help you!

If for whatever reason you do not receive your order within time frame on our shipping policy page, please ebay us so we will chase up any lost or delayed orders for you!

Promise 2: We promise if you order the wrong size, we will replace your order with no fuss. The only thing we ask is your order is in the same condition it was originally sent to you. If the packaging is ripped or your ordered item (s) are dirty etc, I am sure you understand we cannot replace. When we are ready to send out your new order, we will contact you and ask for the s&h to be deposited into our account.

Promise 3: If you e-mail us for help or advice, we will answer your query within 24 hours.

Promise 4: We promise to keep your details private. We will NEVER sell your email details or pass to a third party.

Promise 5: We promise to make your ordering process simple and if you have ANY problem, we will look to resolve this problem as urgently as we can for you.
