We are a small family business selling brand new paperback books at incredible prices. We have been selling online for over 3 years.

1 - 3 Books £1.75
4 - 6 Books £3.50
Terms & Conditions:
1 Definitions
1.1 These terms & conditions apply to smartpricebooks
1.2 These terms cover the supply of all our products.
1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation under the DSR.
2 Description and Supply
2.1 Any images & details shown are for illustration only, although we do try to ensure the correct image and description are shown for each listing.
2.2 We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose.
3 Delivery
3.1 Orders are usually dispatched with 48 hours Mon-Fri, please always allow at least 48 hours from placing your order, by which time you should receive a dispatch notice, orders placed over the weekend Sat/Sun will usually be dispatched the following Monday again please allow a maximum of 48hrs.
3.2 Delivery within UK usually takes 2 to 5 working days, Europe 1 to 2 weeks. 3 Payment
3.3 Payment is to be made in GB Sterling.
3.4 Payment accepted by Google Checkout, Paypal, Cheque or postal order.
3.5 All cheque & Postal Order payments will be subject to 5 days clearance.
3.6 Postal payments to be sent to 29-Derwent-Road-Flanshaw-Wakefield-WF29HR-& made Payable to Mark Walker
4 Right to Cancellation
4.1 If smartpricebooks cannot dispatch the goods within 5 working days you have the right to cancel the order.
4.2 To cancel your order you must give written notice to the vendor by email & you have up to 14 days to cancel your order.
4.3 If you cancel after the order has been dispatched then you will be responsible for returning the items to the vendor at your cost. The items must be returned to the address shown on your invoice. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
4.4 Once the vendor has been notified of your cancellation you will be refunded any sums that you have been paid except where the order has been received by you, when you will be re-credited once the goods have been returned to the vendor.
5 Returns
5.1 Ruturns accepted for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods, please email before returning any item. 5.2 Items returned for any other reason other than goods received damaged or not as described in the listing to be at buyer’s expense.
