Wanted this item and sent several emails but didn't reply to any...

Dispite sending countless e-mails I have yet to receive any item or refund from this seller. I will not be using e-bid again as I have lost money without any recompense.

I lost money on here because people bid on my auctions and never paid hence the reason i hardly sell on here any more as i had no chance of getting my fees back

well i am so glad i used escrow my money is sill waiting to be accepted.They dont give it to her /him till i ge he goods .I feel sorry for all you people who lost money .

No goods, no response to emails - If I had known I would be donating my 22 quid to the 'Kate Chang Personal Spending Fund' I wouldn't have bothered! If anyone who HAS received their goods would like to let me know the return address from the package the goods came in I would be pleased to have it (jene2000uk@yahoo.co.uk) , so I can at least try and contact this low-life con myself as she obviously doesn't exist through her email any more or 'address' given on her auctions. All I can say is WELL DONE Kate, hope you enjoy all our money over Xmas - have a few beers on us! Must be strange to have no conscious AT ALL!!!

I REPORTED THIS CON WOMEN ON OCTOBER 16TH..SILVERTOWN WAS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE SELLING FOR 15 DAYS AFTER MY REPORT TO EBID IN THIS TIME MANY MORE PEOPLE WILL HAVE BOUGHT THINGS OFF HER...EBID HAVE BEEN NO SUPPORT TO ME AND HAVE NEVER SINCE CONTACTED ME TO FIND OUT HOW THINGS ARE...i LOST A LOT OF MONEY AND EBID DONT CARE..SHE WAS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRADING EVEN AFTER I TOLD EBID HER CONTACT DETAILS WERE FALSE....COME ON EBID HELP US!!!

Sent £15 immediately after auction ended 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Seems that I am one of many who has been conned by her. Am currently trying to persuade pppay.com to cancel my payment to her which has not yet been accepted.

I paid by paypal so iam requesting my money back, all her details are false and her phone number is invalid. sent so many emails, and havent heard anything back whatsoever, this girl needs to be stopped and i have also contacted the police fraud department to see where i stand on the matter. ebid have been completly useless and i feel such a fool for being conned like this. I have lost £108 with this person, as soon as I realised I would not be getting my things (after 2 months) I contacted ebid, I rang the number provided, no one there, ebid told me to ring shanghi!!!...The address they gave was false. Ebid continued to let her trade for weeks after my complaint even though she had 2 other neg ratings at the time for the same thing!!!so many more people may now have lost money, the only good thing was that Paypal acted quickly and suspended her account, so far I havent had any money back and to tell you the truth dont hold out much hope. This person, or persons were running a scam, they posted peaoples first orders and got your confidence and then the second orders didnt arrive and they wont answer emails. Infact out of the blue the other day I did get an email from her saying that if I sent the money again and the postage she would send my order again,,no need to say what my reply was!!!its a good job she is in shanghi...thats all I can say ...EBID WHY ON EARTH DIDNT YOU STOP HER TRADING AFTER MY COMPLAINT! Won these earrings on 7th Oct, paid immediately by PPPay, got email asking for my address, tried sending it 13 times to her hotmail account,but was returned unsent each time. Sent letter to home address, Heard NOTHING. Rang number provided, it rang constantly and then cut me off, even tried at 4am, in case she was a busy girl. Rang directory enq and a very nice lady told me no-one with the surname CHANG had that number registered to them at that address. Then inspiration struck! I decided I would use the ASK SELLER A QUESTION so I posted the same POLITE question on each of her 48 auctions and oddly enough I got an almost immediate reply. Kate I've received nothing and heard nothing since that! NOW, I'm not a violent person, but I'd like to break the thieving cows fingers so she could never use another computer, let alone list auctions anywhere! after I log this feedback I'm contacting ebay with her ALLEGED name and address, to stop any other poor mugs getting stung. On a lighter note, since her auction I have bid on auctions of Tiffany jewellery placed by seller jian13, he's so helpful and polite, my items arrived quickly and look fantastic. I'd recommend to all you guys out there. If he doesn't have what you want, ask him if he could get it and he'll reply and see what he can do. His prices are very reasonable too. I've had 2 bangles, I bracelet and 2 neclaces in total under £100.
