Some Information About silkcityuk2

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

u Scarves
come in many colours, shapes and sizes, the standard scarf, the pocket square and the oblong scarf to name a few.

u It's the perfect accessory for any occasion, even the unexpected situation that takes you by surprise.

u A scarf can take you from the beach to a dance club in just a few simple steps

u As a Cover-up or Sarong

u For a cover-up or sarong, fold your scarf in half, either side to side to form a rectangle or corner to corner to form a triangle. then wrap the long side around your waist and ite the corners into a knot.

u As a Halter top

u When you are ready to show off your golden tan (or crisp sun-burn), fold the scarf in half to form a triangle and knot with the corners of the long side. Slip the knot over your head and separate the two points on the bottom, then pull them around your waist, tying them in the front or back - now you have a beautiful halter top that shows off your perfectly tanned shoulders ;)

u Head wear

u Everyone needs a basic head covering from time to time, whether to prevent a bad hair day or to keep others from noticing an already bad hair day.

u Start by folding a square scarf corner to corner to form a triangle, then fold the long side over towards the opposite point to make it the right size for your head, rest the triangle on your head - with the point facing your back, then pull the ends to the back of your head and tie them either on top or under your hair

u For a secure shield against the wind when driving a hot little convertible, use the same technique but wrap the end around your neck once before tying a tight knot under your chin

u When you are more concerned with being inconspicuous, just rest the triangle on your head in the same manner and tie the ends down in a loose knot under your chin, so that the front slightly hides the sides of your face. This disguise works best when accompanied by massive opaque sunglasses. however, be forewarned, you may in fact become more mysterious and intriguing.

u If Thelma, Louise and hounded screen icons are not your style, place the scarf firmly on your head, tie all three corners of the triangle around the base of your ponytail and ride off into the sunset on your harley... (hey, we can all dream)

u Neck wear

u Whether you have a square or oblong scarf, either can be used as a fabulous neck decoration and warmer.

u An oblong scarf can be draped around your neck with the ends falling down your back for the elegant evening look.

u On a chilly autumn day, fold it in half, place it around the back of your neck and pull the side with the two scarf ends through the closed loop for a more secure muffler.

u Other uses

u Your scarf might also provide useful in other scenarios

u Make a fabulous wrap from a large scarf by folding it into a triangle and draping it over your shoulders and arms.

u Use a brightly coloured scarf to add a splash of colour to your little black dress.

u Pure Silk Scarves can also be used to tease your lover, drap them over bare skin or use as a gentle blindfold or hand tie.

Remember the only limit to the use of a scarf is your imagination.

Have fun
