Hi everyone.
Welcome to my About Me section, and welcome to eBid, the auction site with a heart.
Personal stuff:
I am 26 years old (as of now, Sep 2011) and I live with my fiance Alun and our greyhound Belle in small-town England. We love it here, fresh air, rolling hills, river nearby. We are both from Edinburgh in Scotland and moved here last year and we were both so chuffed to get away from all the concrete and closer to nature. So in short, we are a happy little family.
Business stuff:
Ok, now for the bit you are actually interested in! I have been selling on eBay now since 2007 and have a feedback score upwards of 600, around 200 of which is for selling. Alun opened his account last year and we currently have a FB score on his account of 170. I was a private seller until Oct 2011 when I decided to start buying to sell. I buy most of my items online or from charity shops so the items you buy from me will usually be second/third/fourth hand, unless stated otherwise. The items will always be fresh and clean and any flaws will be mentioned. I try not to surprise my buyers with any unmentioned defects. I am human though and this can happen but in the unlikely event that it does please see my return policy below for details of what to do.
I decided to move over to eBid because, well, you know the drill, better community spirit over here. Yes, that's it, let's leave it at that!
Although I mainly sell mens and womens clothing, shoes and accessories I also sell some homewares, books, DVDs, video games, gift sets, computer parts and anything else I can get my hands on so do have a browse.

My Terms and Conditions:
I welcome buyers in the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Postage to the UK is inclusive on the majority of my listings.
I combine postage where possible for overseas buyers. Please wait for or request an invoice as items must be paid for at the same time.
Please pay for your item(s) within 4 days of winning.
Payment methods I accept are Paypal, Google Checkout, PPPay Moneybookers and instant bank transfer.
Please ensure you have the correct address on both your eBid and payment platform account. I switch between which one of these I get the address from so both do need to be correct.
I dispatch items within 2 working days, usually next working day and occassionally same day. If I am able to I sometimes dispatch on a Saturday but this is not a given. I will let you know when the item is sent.
Items are sent via Second Class post in the UK but depending on weight this may change to standard parcels or first class. Items to overseas are sent via Airmail small packets.
If you have not received your item within a few days of dispatch let me know and I will sort it out for you as quickly as I can.
I am a very fair, approachable seller so do please contact me to sort out any issues you may have. I aim to provide excellent service to each and every customer.
My return policy:
Faulty/Not as Described
Full refund plus return P&P on receipt of the goods.
Change of mind/doesn't suit
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) you have a period of 7 days beginning on the day of receipt to inform me if you change your mind or the item doesn't suit. If you wish to return the item(s) for either of these reasons please note I only offer a refund of item price and initial P&P. Return P&P is to be covered by the buyer. I will refund you upon receipt of the item. The item should be returned to me in the exact condition in which you received it.
