Some Information About rethreads
Payment and shipping: Domestic shipping charges are specified in the item description and include Delivery Confirmation. I try to keep shipping costs reasonable and will ship by the quickest USPS method covered by those charges. Payment via Paypal is due within 3 days. Unpaid transactions will be considered void after 4 days.
Terms of sale: all items are sold as is. If you believe there is a problem with your transaction, email me. An item must be returned within 5 days in the same condition in which it was shipped, and the package must include Delivery Confirmation. If I do not receive the item, or it is not returned in a timely fashion in the original condition, no refund will be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of discretionary returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
I am happy to combine items for shipment at a reduced shipping cost when possible, but if Delivery Confirmation shows delivery of the package, then ALL items will be assumed present.
Vintage items are pre-owned and identified as such. Most show little or no sign of use unless otherwise noted, but the buyer should not expect factory new condition in these items.
