This page is currently under construction but here's the basics for now.

I have over 20 years of sales and customer service experience and have been selling on-line for arounover 10 years.

Items are described as accurately at possible. If you feel the item has been mis-described you are welcome to return the item within 7 days of receipt (see below).

I try very hard not to use stock photos so unless otherwise stated photos are of the actual item you will receive.

PAYMENT

Please pay for your item within 7 days of purchase, if you expect a delay for any reason please contact me.

I accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout and PPPay via integrated checkout.

UK customers may also pay by cheque or uncrossed postal order made payable to Simon Fletcher.

SHIPPING

All items are dispatched double wrapped with cushioned packaging to ensure your purchase will reach you safely. I dispatch daily and all items are dispatched within 2 working days although most are sent same/next day.

UK deliveries are usually shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class to minimise shipping costs.

International deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail

I am happy to combine shipment for multiple purchases where ever possible to reduce postage costs. Please contact me with the items you are interested in for a quote.

Postage costs are calculated using Royal Mail rates plus a small amount (under 40p) towards the cost of packaging materials, this also applies to combined postage for multiple purchases.

RETURNS

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations you are welcome to return your item for a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. You must inform me of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt, return postage costs not refunded.

In the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged please contact me immediately to arrange return.
