I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, by all means, contact me and I'm sure we can resolve your issue. I know eBid is about the feedback... well so am I. Feedback has to be earned. I've been in retail over 30 years and have always enjoyed it. To me its always been about giving my customers more than their accustomed to. If I do this, customers will be happy and hopefully return. I'm in the process of setting up a few stores and checking supplies and inventory. Much of what I'll be selling is used. "USED" to me does not mean dirty, ripped, torn, broken, not working or a lot of other negatives you or I can come up with. I'm not trying to unload things. There is nothing I'm selling, that I wouldn't be happy buying myself!  

True Color will accept returns within 14 days of receipt(UK Legislation gives you 7 days). You will need to email Color will refund the entire purchase price including postage, as per "The UK Distance Selling Regulations". If your purchase is faulty, True Color will also pay for the return postage. In all cases you can ask for a full refund or a replacement product, if you are not happy.

All items being sold through auction or buy now, can be posted any way the buyer prefers. The exception are items over £50.00. These will always be sent First Class and will require a signature. If you want to change an items' delivery class just send me a message prior to completing payment.

All DVDs are sold as is, and therefore will not be accepted as a return. Again, this in no way is meant to impinge on your "Statutory Rights".

For the above stated reasons I implore you to please ask me all the questions you need to, to make a purchase. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I don't want to waste your time or mine, sending items back and forth. If you receive something from me and it wasn't what you wanted, please let me know.

After your payment goes through  I will have your item posted within 2 working days(not including weekends & Bank Holidays). This part I can control!  Thank you.

If you need something special with your delivery, just ask. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
