Hi! I am a retired business man whose partner has asked me to clear out some of my `stuff`. I have sold loads on `Ebay` over the last 5 years (1,500+ positives under qualitysells100 now closed and 3000 + under philosopher10) but thier pricing scheme means it`s no longer worth my while to list cheaper items. I am working my way through my 40+ years of coin collection with several thousand coins still to go! but also jewelery, books, antiques, ephemera.... everything I sell has belonged to me for years or is in my family (regretfully quite a few have passed on in the last decade) and I get asked to dispose of thier items.
If you read my Ebay feedback (until I build up loads on here!) you will see comments like `honest, accurate, well packed, fast delivery, as described, good to deal with, 5* trader, excellent service` and so on. My best advertising is satisfied customers.
If, on those very rare occasions, I make a mistake (I am human, after all!) I will go out of my way to rectify it and make sure my customer does not loose out.
I make sure my photos are as accurate as possible (they vary in quality due to different lighting)  and the descriptions do not hide anything. They are always my own photos of exactly the item I am selling, never stock photos.  Please note that your screen and the lighting I use may make the photograph a slightly different colour than the original.
All my post is *recorded, tracked, signed for* which provides cover for my customer and myself. Well over 3,000 sent like this with no losses. Despatch can be 2 - 3 week days after purchase and payment, as all my valuables are kept in a secure store, but very often quicker if I`m already going there.
I post to most countries, worldwide, but please note I will only use Royal Mail tracked or International signed for. This is NOT a cheap service but is excellent and fast. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO DISPATCH TO ITALY, most ex Soviet Union states, China, and some other offshore destinations (Too many gone astray!)  Please note that, regretfully, I cannot post to British Forces addresses.  Due to signing requirement I don`t post to P.O. boxes.
I mostly accept PAYPAL. I will accept a cheque but will only despatch around 14 days after I present it to make sure it clears. I will accept POSTAL ORDERS (U.K. only) but please note they are expensive for you to purchase.
I have never had to accept a return due to my accuracy, but if there is a problem I will solve it to your satisfaction.
