We are a Business,we have Only been trading for a short time and this is our first time on Ebid.
We are a registered Business,also registered with HMRC and NMTF federation of traders.
We will treat people the same way we would prefer to be treated,if you have any questions about any of our products we will try to answer them honestly and be as helpfull as we can.
If you have any problems with any of our products,I would hope that you would allow us to talk with you about these and come to a resolve.
All the products we sell are Brand new,some are in boxs and some wrapped and in a box,all our products are unused.
We Now only use Long standing UK suppliers,with a proven track record.
We have a returns policy,this will allow you to return to us any unwanted products you have purchased from us,as long as these are unused(Hygene law)undamaged and in original packing.
We do not need a reason for you to return any item to us,maybe you just changed your mind,However you must return them to us within SEVEN working days of receiving your purchase.
We Do Not Charge P & P any where within the UK.
If you return a product to us,it will be down to you to pay that postage,we feel this is fair.
We hope you enjoy looking at our products and if you decide to purchase one then we want you to be happy it.
