Occasionally we may sell out of an item that is normally kept in stock due to consumer demand. Manufacturers also discontinue or make an item unavailable without notice. In this unfortunate event, Planet Zero / Xtreme Moto Madness will contact you with options to provide a replacement item or refund your payment in full.
In the event that limited quantities of your item exist, some shipping delays may also occur. We will contact you if items are delayed to keep you updated.
Wondering how fast you may see you item ship? Handling time is normally within two working days or sooner depending on the item. We try very hard to keep items in stock and ready for shipment. You can always contact us before purchasing to get the current item status you may be looking at.
RETURNS: With regard to returns, any return must be done within 7 days or less from receipt of item. All items must be returned for inspection at the cost of the buyer before a refund may be granted. All items shipped back for return or exchange must be in original condition as received by buyer. The original tags must be attached and still in original NEW undamaged/unopened packaging. DO NOT SHIP US THE ITEM BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US AND YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED. Your item will not be accepted unless it has a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) on the outside of the box when it is delivered to us. In the event that a refund is granted, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee except those found to be defective or those that did not meet the stated description. In the event an incorrect or defective item has been received, the correct item will ship once the wrong item has been returned and inspected. If we cannot replace the item, a full refund will be issued. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (both ways, no exceptions) for any defective item!
EXCHANGES: With regard to size exchanges, we handle each item on a case by case basis, so please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you get the correct size if you originally ordered the incorrect size. The buyer will be responsible for all related shipping charges when exchanging an item (both ways, no exceptions). Proper shipping insurance MUST be used on all returns! ***IMPORTANT!!! Please make sure all packaging and parts are complete, unused and unopened. The item/s must be in NEW condition. If there is any signs of use, opened sealed bag/s, missing items, tags, or damaged packaging we CAN NOT accept any return or exchange. Please package item/s well and put the RMA # on the outside of the shipping package.
Once we receive the item/s we will inspect it fully prior to processing any refund or exchange, so be 100% sure you have met the above requirement. We DO NOT repackage. If item/s is non resalable we will not process any refund or exchange.
