Some Information About piccadili
Hello and welcome to my auctions where you will find handcrafted nature and vintage inspired jewels. I am a self-representing artist and have been designing and selling my creations for about 5 years now. I am very excited about this new venue, and hope more artisans will be joining us. I hope you enjoy my work!
All metal compnents used in the creation of my jewels are lead free and made in the USA! They are heavy, quality items. Just a point of interest, they are manufactured in Massachusetts by a 4th generation family owned company.
The faceted glass jewels are from the Czech Republic or Austria, where fine glass components and rhinestones have been manufactured since the late 1800s.
SHIPPING: Items ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment via USPS First Class as the jewelry is made-up per order. Packages are hand delivered to the post office, after which I assume no responsiblity for lost or delayed items if you have not requested insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please email me for an adjusted invoice prior to paying.
If you need something in a hurry, please convo me for an adjusted invoice for priority shipping which is $4.95 within in the US and $13.00 for Global Priority.
International shipments will take longer to be received, and we are not responsible for delays as we have no control over Customs, nor control over lost or stolen items, and use the postal receipt as proof of shipment.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, I will take returns for an exchange with an item of equal value or a refund. The item must be shipped within 3 days of receipt, and be in its original condition.
