Postal Information
•All items are sent First Class Recorded post - We also post worldwide.
•If your item has not got to you within 3 working days. Please contact us promptly so I can give you tracking information and I can help you track down your purchase.
•Please take weekends and bank holidays in to consideration as delivery times may very from the date item was purchased and may take a little longer to get to you.
•Items will not be dispatched until payments are cleared paypal, google checkout, pppay, check, postal order or other methods of payment we use.
•Please check your items straight away upon Local pick-up or Delivery.
•We do not refund return postage costs.
•It is the buyer’s responsibility to safely pack any returned items and to insure when sending. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us but not received.
•Sending recorded delivery will ensure your returned item gets to me with out delay.
•Return address will also be printed on your letter, parcel or package.
The postal prices are worked out to the exact weight of any given parcel. If you buy more than one item from us the postal price will be worked out from the weight of all the items packed together. Instead of items being sent as single items saving you on postage costs.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event a product we sell arrives to you faulty or develops a fault within 30 days, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Exchanges will only be offered if we have an identical item to send you. Under the Distant Selling Regulations all of our items have a 7 day period from receiving them where you can opt to return them for a refund for any reason.
Security!
All items sold! Despcriptions, Serial part numbers, photographs of the items that are sold are taken and logged. If you send us a part or item back for a refund and it is not a part that we have sent you, you will not receive your refund, we will send the item back to you. If in the case where you did have a problem with any parts, please contact us and we will only be happy to help. For added security please 'DO NOT TAMPER' with Security Seals as it will void your warranty.
