I am a busy Mum to two kiddiesand I use Ebid to relax and try to earn a little extra, I am self employed but not a business...wish I was that busy with sales....but maybe someday. ....Please note on new items this does not affect your rights and a VAT number can be supplied with any new item.
Anyway most of my items are new as I do sell for a few diffrent wholesalers to keep the range of products as wide as possible to make sure Ebid has a good varietly of items at good prices on offer. and I do sell bits my kids grow out of and other little bits and bobs.
Please do check out my listings, may only be a few at present but over 5k of items takes some listing when my day is spent with the kids and I work online alone.better go and do some listings.
I am a reliable seller with over 4K in feedback, my feedback can be viewed on a well none auction site, I will happlly supply a link (below link disabled as per Ebids terms and conditions) as long as the purchase is made from this auction site!.
All auctions carrying the weight can be combined and the postal prices are all on show so you calculate cost of delivery and your prefered delivery option by the items weight included in each description.
Items will be posted same or next working day of cleared payment.All items are posted recorded delivery (customers option) by Royal mail or parcel force, depending on weight.
I always combine postage to pass the savings on to you, Please refer to postage chart below and weight of item/s to calculate price of combined postage.I try to keep my postage prices as low as possible and do not make proffit on postage.
Please note on in April 08 Royal mail raised the cost of posting (again) and this has been reflected in the chart below, if your purchasing items with the old grid I will only charge the price shown in the items description as during the transition perdiod of altering 100's of auctions I may miss a few and will cover the extra costs myself as my postage does not carry proffit only the costs involved in packing and posting.
All NEW items carry a gaurentee and electrical items carry at least a 12 months manufacturers guarentee included with the item.
I can only accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty and a replacement will be sent or refund if no replacement is avalible.The return address is on the back of the package and items must be returned recorded with a cover note explaining the fault. a returns number will be given to include with note to make sure your order is processed without delays.If product is found to be faulty a refund for return postage will be given.
All returns must be made within 3 working days of signed for receipt with a returns number.
I only despatch within the UK, and do not despatch to any other country (the Republic of Ireland is not in the UK).
Delivery queries : If you have any delivery queries please email us, we can supply tracking numbers if parcels are delayed if the recorded option is selected. Please note that although Royal Mail first class will normally get there within 2 days, they do state that you should allow 5 days. Also Royal mail do not class a delivery as a query unless it has been overdue by 15 days
Delivery to Remote Areas Orders up to 2000 grams are the same for the whole the UK, orders over 2000 grams to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands such as Isle of Man, will incur additional charges, we will calculate the best delivery option and inform you of the best rate,
Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

Delivery process : The Royal Mail collect at around 3pmm each day, orders placed by 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, unless the warehouse are really busy , in which case it may be dispatched the following day.
Monday's are the busiest day, with order coming in from over the weekend.

Due to the new increase in the royal mails prices I am offering the options above so you can chose how fast you want the item delivered and the option of extra speed and insurance with the special delivery option. please note that royal mail don't gaurentee deliveries on saturdays.
Recorded and courier delivery does require a signature and does offer the peice of mind if the item was to go missing that the item would be refunded if the postal service could not track the item down.
With recorded delivery I would do all the required paper work involved to make sure the item is either found, replaced or refunded.
Royal mail class a item as "lost" after 15 days, full details of the royal mails policys can be found on the royal mails web site or at any post office
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force.
Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
