About Us
Please take a look around. We carry needlework patterns, kits, latch hook, felt applique, beads, buttons, charms, & video games. If you don't see what your looking for please contact us and we'll see if we can get it.
Payment
I only accept Paypal at this time. Payment is normally due within 4 days. Please contact us for more information on payments.
Shipping
- Patterns ship in regular manila envelopes with ''DO NOT BEND'' stamped on the envelope and a cardboard pad insert. Kits, movies, & games ship in padded mailer with ''DO NOT BEND''stamped on it.
- If you wish items shipped in a box(Parcel Post) it's and additional $2.50 for each order. Please let us know and wait for a combined invoice if you wish this option.
The above information applies to US shipments only. International orders may also request the above but in addition the fees above, the shipping rate will be higher than in the listing due to an increase in weight. Please contact us for rates.
Shipping is based on weight and destination. We will combine shipping based on weight and destination for up to 4 days of first auction ending on the same invoice. Items paid for separately are not eligible for the combined shipping so please wait for an invoice. We will ship internationally on most items. Some items We cannot. See individual listings for details. It is up to the buyer to pay all customs fees (if applicable) and know their countries customs. The amount that is paid is the amount that goes on the customs form. When you purchase is shipped you will should receive an email.
Terms
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales on cross stitch patterns, charts, kits, video games, movies and all copyrighted material are final. Any other items may be returned as long as the items have not been used, opened, cut, etc. Contact me for return instructions before returning and items. Items must be returned withing 5 business days. (Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days) A refund for the purchase price of the item will be given. Original and return Shipping & Handling are NOT refunded.
