Our mugs are pressed, carefully packaged, and shipped one at a time. Customer service is important to us. We will always treat you the way we would like to be treated. We believe in fast shipping. As soon as your mug is ready we ship it out. It normally takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
