Shipping Details

 Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are based on destination zip code, size and weight of the package.  All Shipping times are Central Standard Time (CST).

  • Unless otherwise noted all items ship within 1 Business Day after payment has cleared.

  • Select items qualify for shipping promotions including free shipping.

  • Items that are shipped free are limited to the Contiguous US only and subject to change at any time.

We ship items through a variety of carriers to offer you multiple shipping options. USPS is our default carrier and all packages will ship with USPS unless otherwise specified.

 

Shipping Destination

 We ship to a variety of locations around the world. We have restrictions that are listed below

 

US Customers

  •  Your residential addresses.

  • Your place of business.

  • US territories.

  • We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, Fed Ex and UPS locations.

We do ship to international locations. Currently we ship to US, Europe non Eastern, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa and Korea. If you fall outside of these areas please contact us to arrange delivery.

 

International Customers

  •  Your confirmed home address.

  • We do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts.

  • We reserve the right to block certain products and shipments from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions, and security concerns.

 

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We accept all payments via PayPal.

All items sold by us are shipped within 1 Business Day after payment has cleared.

 

Additional Information

 Returns

  • You may opt to return the item to us barring the cost of shipping, reimbursements will not be made.

  • International returns are not accepted at this time.

We will process returns within 7-days after the confirmed delivery of the parcel, the condition being that the item is grossly different than described or pictured.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact should be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation if you require *return or return information.   Unless otherwise noted returns will only be accepted on misrepresented or damaged items. 

*Return items must be received by us within 14 days from date of delivery.
