Maggiemay Greetings is a family run and owned small business based in the Tampa, Florida region.  We are entirely female staffed and enjoy our "girl power" status! 

We have recently converted from another auction site where we have sold for over 12 years.  We offer our customers some of the hottest Hallmark items, amazing antiques, and unbelievable collectibles!  Our customer service skills and dedication to our buyers has set us apart from our competitors for many years!

We also help local clients sell their estates and enjoy providing our customers with those great oldies that everyone enjoys!

Policies & Procedures

  Q: What is your return policy?
 
  A: Please note that we ONLY accept returns for false or highly misleading auctions. Returns are not accepted without prior approval. We only refund the END BID AMOUNT. Shipping to you and from you are solely your responsibility and will not be refunded UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Damages that occur during shipping must be reported to the carrier!
 
 
 
  Q: Do you combine shipping?
 
  A: We combine shipping on most of our items. Please note that large dish sets or extremely fragile items will not be combined. We take all items purchased and weigh them to get you the most accurate shipping rate possible. Any overage paid on your part will be refunded IMMEDIATELY after we print the label.
 
 
 
  Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
 
  A: That truly depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. We do not guarantee a delivery date if you are concerned about getting your items by a particular date please choose the appropriate shipping method. We typically ship within 3-5 business days of the auction's end. Please note that we only work Mon. - Fri.
 
 
 
  Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
 
  A: For cards or non-fragile items we charge 1.00 per order to cover shipping material costs. On fragile or antique items we charge a 2.00 handling charge per order to cover the materials used to ship the items. We charge the handling fee per order not item!
 
 
 
  Q: Do you ship internationally?
 
  A: We do ship internationally and welcome international buyers. All laws specific to international sales are honored. 
 
 
  Q: Why no envelopes?
 
  A: The cards that we provide our customer's with are top of the line titles which means that you are getting quite a bang for your buck. However, due to the moisture in the air in our location and our vendor's most envelopes are removed or destroyed before being listed. All cards with envelopes available are listed as such.
 
 
 
  Q: What type of business are you?
 
  A: We are a family run and owned company operating many different businesses at one time. We are completely female staffed and believe in the "woman power" of our company!! We offer not only great product but unparalleled customer service!

 Q: Can I replace unwanted cards or ones that I don't like?
 
  A: We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but we cannot honor returns based on your personal taste. We create our lots in such a way that we provide all of our customers with the best mix that we can, therefore we cannot replace your unwanted cards.
