ABOUT ME
I only sell high quality items.
Be assured, I would not sell anything that I was in any way unhappy with myself.
I am very proud of my 100% feedback on my other auction site, but the the seller fees are so extortionate that it is difficult to sell successfully and make a fair profit.
AUCTIONS
I always try to be as accurate as possible with my descriptions and my photographs. All customers are welcome to contact me with any queries or to ask for additional photographs if required.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
I accept payment in the UK by Cheque, Postal Order or Paypal.
All payments must be made within 24 hours of close of auction.
I welcome bids from international buyers but only accept payment from international customers by Paypal - international money orders or cheques are not accepted.
Please Read Before Buying: (boring but necessary)
Please do not buy if you cannot pay for the item. (There are far too many non-paying & late paying buyers).
Payment must be received within 24hrs or item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left.
Items sold are brand new or nearly new (please read description) I would never sell anything that I wasn`t totally happy with myself.
I try to be as accurate as possible with my photos and descriptions but I may occasionally, accidentally, miss something.
If you have any questions or require additional photographs do not hesitate to contact me.
I cannot accept returns but I will try to resolve any problems that should occur as best I can.
Postage costs are based on weight / packaging costs / travel to & from the Post Office.
I post out my parcels via Royal Mail 1st class.
Larger or more expensive items will be sent out 1st class recorded delivery (unless stated otherwise).
I cannot be held responsible for losses made by Royal Mail, but I always keep Proof Of Postage / Tracking No`s.
Should any losses occur, I will foward the proof of postage to the buyer, in order for the buyer to make a claim for the lost parcel.
I will endeavor to post out parcels within 48hrs of receiving payment (excluding weekends).
