If you require postage to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Scottish highlands/Islands or British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) then please contact us before placing your order as postal surcharges may apply before we are able to dispatch your item to you.
Special delivery options for 24 or 48 hour delivery are to mainland UK and apply on standard working days only.
We will ship to the specific address registered on Ebid. If you require us to ship to an alternative address please make sure that you enter this in the Ebid and PayPal confirmation before confirming payment.
Although we dispatch within one working day, ship very fast (see our feedback } and aim for all our deliveries to arrive within the Ebid estimated delivery times, please understand that occasionally items do take longer to arrive due to delays within delivery companies. Once your item has been posted with the Royal Mail or other specified couriers it is in their hands and if you have any concerns then please contact us and we will do our very best to communicate with them and resolve any issues as fast as we can.
Large or bulky items such as furniture that are listed as ‘Courier Delivery’ will be delivered within 2 weeks by a trusted furniture specialist that we use and these will be Kerbside, meaning customers are responsible for getting the items into their homes. Deliveries are fulfilled by a single driver who will often require assistance to unload large items. The Driver will do their best to assist but it is up to their own discretion. If there are any special requirements you may have with large bulky items then please contact us before purchasing so we can do our best to accommodate you.
International Shipping We offer international postage on most items. All items sent internationally are sent by a fully tracked service. Please contact us regarding shipping costs before clicking and agreeing to buy the item as this reduces unnecessary cases being opened. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

When returning an item please contact us first to discuss postage and then once agreed please put a note inside the package with the fault or the reason for return and your EbidID to ensure your return is handled as fast as possible.
