PT Clearance are the retail auction sales arm of Pentium Traders Group. We are based in Bracknell Berkshire. Our main speciality is supplying the computer trade with computer stock via pallets. We often aquire laptop, monitor and other computer stock which we sell to the general public via this site. All our stock is tested, supplied working and is backed by our own team of technicians hence why we can offer such a good warranty arrangement, typically 90 days (3 months). So when you buy from us you are buying a top notch quality product. |

TERMS OF BUSINESS Bidding We only consider bids from resident UK or Eire. Do not bother bidding if you are an african with a sob story, fraudster or just want to waste time, WE CAN and WILL prosecute you and get you barred from using EBID. Any genuine person please bid with pleasure. Winning Bids & Payment If you win an auction we will send you an invoice. You can pay us by credit card, debit card, nochex, bacs or cheque. All payments must be received within 5 working days of our invoice being raised and sent to you. The price you see is what you will pay plus any additional shipping costs which are clearly advertised in this auction. Shipping We will not ship any item until we are in full receipt of clear funds. Once verified we will process your shipping and send you an email confirmation. Please allow a further 5 working days from receipt of this confirmation to receive your item. Feedback We will leave feedback for all buyers once we receive funds. We expect feedback in return once our buyers receive their item. If no feedback is left for us after 7 days of us shipping the item to you, we will report the matter to EBID as this contravenes the policy of being an EBID member. Warranties We offer 90 day return to base warranties for all our stock. This excludes laptop batteries as we cannot supply any guarantee with this part of any laptop sold.
