We have been selling on eBay since September 03 with a 100% positive feedback and contine to do so under the user name Kenneth1 so feel free to check our details.
We have recently moved our shop 'Bluebell Cottage Crafts' from eBay to eBid where we also have two other shops 'Bluebell Cottage Collectables' for our vintage stock and 'Bluebell Cottage Jewellery' for our costume and fine jewellery.
Bespoke Jewellery
Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is a piece of jewellery you would like, maybe earrings in a different colour, a longer necklace, a particular necklace with earrings to match etc.
We would be happy to design to your particular specifications where possible so just e-mail your details and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Restringing Service
A restringing service is now available – so don't throw away your favorite necklace just because it's broken – prices start from £5 a necklace including postage and vary depending on size of beads, length of necklace, whether or not it needs a new clasp, extra beads or redesigning etc. Just e-mail your requirements and we will send details of costs.
Terms And Conditions
Payment methods we accept are : pppay.com Instant, Paypal, and Cheques. Sorry but we don't accept cash.
Domestic shipping is by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and prices include postage and packaging.
We are happy to combine postage for multiple purchases.
If you require a different postal service please let us know.
Goods are despatched as soon as payment is received, usually the next day.
We will refund any item that is inaccurately described providing it is returned within 7 working days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail as soon as possible so that the matter can be resolved.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn but we will refund payment if they are damaged or faulty.
