We run an independent family electronics company ,based in Lincoln in the east Midlands, which we think is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK.
We moved to Lincoln in 1988 and opened our first TV and PC shop. Since then we have seen many changes in Lincoln and also in our trade, but we have always tried to keep up with new developments.We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment and our intention is to provide a competitive, friendly , reliable service.
One of the other reasons we moved to Lincolnshire back in the 1980s was the lovely countryside, which we enjoy exploring with our trusty border collie 'Rufus'.

Return policy
We are an established business so we can offer you peace of mind with our returns policy. Please contact us if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will try to help. Also we would appreciate it if you do not leave feedback before contacting us so that any problems can be rectified
* All products are new and in good working order when dispatched. Any product that is found to be faulty within the warranty period will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product purchased is compatible with their existing equipment.
* The product should be returned to us in the same condition as it was received.
* Return Postage: If the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period then we will cover the return postage, if you are returning a product for any other reason, please contact us first for advice.
* The customer has the right to cancel an order and notify us of their intent to return the order to us "within thirty (30) calendar days" of receipt. The customer will be responsible for paying the return postage.
