Buyer paid PayPal on 30 Jul & I posted item on 31 Jul to the confirmed PayPal address. On 5 Aug I was informed by PayPal that the buyer had reversed the payment. I immediately attempted to communicate with him but he did not respond to emails or an eBid message. I subsequently won the case in the PayPal resolution Centre. I have now had an acceptable explanation from the buyer and I am pleased to amend the feedback given to a positive.

This was a genuine error - the reversal was done by PayPal when my card was lost
