Hi, I'm Joan,
Most of my items are surplus stock or ex stock. I wiil have super high end, high street products and I will always aim to be the cheapest online, so come and grab yourself a bargain. I value customer service very highly, so I will always give an excellent service. If you are not happy with anything you buy from me please let me know and I will resolve any issues very quickly.
Conditions of sale
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase or end of auction. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please email when the item has been purchased. Cheques/postal orders will only be accepted from UK buyers. Overseas buyers please pay through Paypal. If payment is not received within 7 days the item will be relisted.
Shipping - items within the UK, below 2kg, will be sent by Royal Mail first class, if above 2kg it/they will be sent by courier. Items sent internationally under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail air mail, if above 2kg it/they will be sent by courier. The seller will advise the buyer of the courier service to be used. All items will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Returns - Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items returned must be in the same condition as when sent out and MUST NOT have been used. Postage is the responsibilty of the buyer unless the item is not as stated or has been damaged in the post. Where an item has been damaged the buyer should email a picture of the damage to the seller immediately on receipt. A claim will be sent to Royal Mail when the seller receives the item and a refund will be given once compensation has been received from Royal Mail (this usually takes about 30 days from Royal Mail receiving the claim). If items are lost in the post, the seller will make a claim to Royal Mail, if instructed to do so by the buyer, and a full refund will be given once Royal Mail has given compensation (this will take approx. 30 days as previously stated). Buyers should be aware it is illegal to make a false claim. In any Royal Mail claim the recipients details are always given.
