Payment: Payment by Paypal only please. My apologies but I cannot accept cheques, credit cards or debit cards.
UK Postage: Many items are available with free UK postage – please see individual listings for details.
European & Worldwide Postage: Most items can be posted worldwide – should the listing not include a price for postage to your part of the world please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to advise costs. I will reply as quickly as possible, but please allow 24hrs as there are times when my hours of work only allow me to check listings once per day.
Carriers: Items are despatched via Royal Mail, Hermes or another reputable carrier. Where a choice is offered please select the service you require from those listed.
Packing: All items will be thoughtfully and carefully packed, and packaging is adequate and secure, but to keep costs to a minimum some packaging may be recycled. I am always pleased to offer postage discounts for multiple purchases that are bought at the same time and can be packed together. Please contact me for details.
Despatch: Despatch is a priority, and all items will be posted as soon as possible after payment is received - i.e. the following working day.
Information: If you require any further pics or info regarding the item do not hesitate to contact me. I will answer all queries as quickly as I can, but please allow 24hrs as there are times when my hours of work only allow me to check listings once per day.
Returns: Peace of Mind Policy: Should you find that the item is in any way not as described above, please return it in the same condition within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
International Buyers: Please note that overseas shipping rates do not include compensation – if you require shipping that includes compensation in the event of an item going missing or being damaged in transit then please contact me and I will gladly advise costs. The item will be carefully and securely packed, clearly addressed and upon despatch a proof of posting receipt will be obtained. Thereafter the item is the buyers responsibility. Any import duties, taxes or surcharges applicable in the destination country are the buyers responsibility, so please check prior to bidding.
