Payment
Payment for a item is preferred within 7 days. If this is not possible (e.g. holidays), please advise before buying or bidding so we can work something out.
I accept the following payment methods.
PayPal (preferred)
I can no longer accept cheques due to high bank charges and the delay in sending items out to customers.
Postage, Shipping & Delivery Information
I usually post items on the same or next working day by Royal Mail Second Class Standard to help keep costs down. This usually takes 2-3 days to reach you in the UK.
I post to Europe using Royal Mail Small Packages Airmail, which usually takes 5 days to reach most of Europe.
My postage rates are fully based on the charges set by Royal Mail, I also cover costs of materials. I do not profit from postage unlike some sellers. I always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, in the event of a item going astray.
Return Policy
All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, providing that they are still in their original condition and resalable.
Return postage is to be paid by the buyer unless I have made a mistake, in which case postage will be refunded and I will happily pay for return postage.
