Hello and welcome to my new store!
I have been making teddy bears for about 15 years (after being bought a kit by my mum!) and I soon established a preference for miniatures. Since then I have developed my own designs and patterns, my recent bears identifiable by a distinctive nose shape. I use high quality fabrics (upholstery velvet or cashmere for tiny bears, and short pile mohair for the larger ones) and a variety of trinkets and accessories. Even the most basic bear takes many hours of work and I enjoy using my other craft interests (crochet, knitting and embroidery) to embellish my designs. My bears all have individual characters and appearance (with such tiny creations even bears made using the same patterns and materials can look very different) and it's therefore unlikely that I will ever attempt to replicate them exactly. Each bear comes with a birth certificate being far too small for identifying tags.
I have decided that it is time to start sending my creations to new homes, a difficult decision as each tiny bear is very special to me!

Returns Policy
My bears are all hand crafted and described as carefully as I can. If you are in any way unhappy with your "Silent Companion" when you receive him/her then please contact me by e-mail within 7 days and I will be happy to refund the purchase price on return.
Shipping & Handling
Being small and light my bears are cheap to post but I make sure that they are packed carefully. I will usually post the day after payment has come in and if this is not possible I will let you know. I am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases.
