From our online store here in deepest rural Herefordshire, we provide the kind of service you would expect from a quality high street store and every item is packed with care and sent to you by courier service to make sure your purchase arrives at your home in peak condition.  All of our deliveries are tracked to ensure they reach you and we pull out all stops to give you a really enjoyable buying experience.

Delivery Information
All purchases are dealt with by me (Sharron) personally with the help of my husband and brother and we aim to send out all orders within 1 working day of receipt of the order.  We use a tracked courier service to make sure your parcel reaches you safely.  You will receive an email to confirm dispatch and also giving you your tracking number and the courier website details so you can track your parcel, if you wish.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to keep them safe in transit.

Payment
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal where you can either pay by your PayPal account or by card, if you wish.  Cards accepted via PayPal are Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.  The cost to return the item will need to be paid by yourself.  You will need to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office for any item you return.

In the unlikely event that an item proves to be faulty, then we will arrange for the item to be collected from you at our expense

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Shipping terms

All our prices include postage and packing in the UK and we use a tracked courier service to make sure you receive your purchase within 3-5 days of dispatch.

All items are sent out  within 1 working day.

If you need your item urgently, we can send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £8.45 so you have a speedy option as well.

Because carriage costs vary for overseas locations, please pop an email through to
