Buyer's Information
Postage and Packing - I aim to post out items within 2 working days (mon-fri) of receiving cleared payment. Where possible I use pre-used or recycled packaging materials - I make sure every item is very well packed.
Payment - For UK buyers I accept Paypal, cheque or postal order. For buyers from outside the UK Paypal only please.
Returns - I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase - but if (for any reason) you are not - I accept returns. Please e-mail me within 7 days of receipt to let me know you are sending an item back. As soon as I receive the item I will organise a refund. Postage costs are not usually included in a refund. If there is an error on my part naturally all postage costs will be refunded.
