Payment Policy:
We currently accept PayPal (no extra cost to buyers). UK cheques and Postal Orders (crossed / uncrossed) accepted by prior arrangement only. Please note: We do Not accept cash (in any shape or form).
Delivery Information:
Most items are dispatched the same or very next day, but please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery. Smaller items are sent using the Royal Mails Recorded Delivery Service (unless otherwise stated) and must be signed for on receipt. Larger items are sent using Parcel Force and may take a little longer to arrive. Overseas orders are sent by standard Airmail (please allow up to 14 working days for delivery). Please note: All items are fully checked and tested before dispatch and are sent well packed using recycled material, whenever possible. We always obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office when sending an item. However, we are Not responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If your item goes missing or gets damaged in post, we will send you the Proof of Posting, so that you can put a claim in with the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We do not offer refunds for missing or damaged goods. Illegal charge-backs (fraud) will be reported.

Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all New items (unless otherwise stated). Full 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Used items (unless otherwise stated). Please note: Return Postage and Packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer (sender) and are non-refundable.
